What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Jupiter Moon Rising is headquartered in Nassau, The Bahamas.  For local delivery, as well as for parcels delivered through the post office we charge a flat rate of $5.  

For shipping sent via trackable EMS throughout The Bahamas the fee starts at $16. 

For all other regions, worldwide shipping starting at $8 for general (non-trackable) mail and $18 for EMS shipping with tracking number. 

 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently we accept stripe , paypal, venmo, zelle & bank transfer.  

How long will delivery take?

All orders placed for delivery In Nassau, The Bahamas are delivered within 24hrs after client confirms delivery time/address.

All orders placed for local pick up are available for pick up within 24hrs of placing the order with the exception of Sundays. The pick up location is closed on Mondays, so any orders for local pick up placed on a Sunday will be available for collection on Tuesday. 

All orders for Family Island shipping using general (non-trackable) post is prepared within 24hrs and shipped out the next business day or next mail boat ship day. 

Shipping times varies from Island to Island but the expected delivery time is around 2 weeks to your general post office. 

All orders for International  Shipping (United States, Canada, UK etc.) using general (non-trackable) post is prepared within 24hrs and shipped out the next business day. 

Shipping times varies from from country to country, but the expected delivery time is around 4-6 weeks to your address. 

Shipping times using EMS (tracking number provided) varies depending on your location, but is around 7 -14 business days. 

 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is protected using SSL certificate, which secures and encrypts your data during check out.  Your payments are processed 100% through stripe.com which is the worlds safest way to send money. 

We do not process your payment information, nor is that personal data stored on our servers. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it. 

If you placed an order for delivery, you’ll be contacted via email/phone/whats app to schedule your delivery time and location.  

If you placed an order for local pick up (on any day except Sunday) it will be available for pick up within 24hrs or the following day. 

If you placed an order for shipment/mail order, it will be shipped out the following business day. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email for your oder. 

Can I cancel an order once it is placed?

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled if the order has been prepared and shipped. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns and no refunds.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

Due to the nature of these items, once an item has been shipped/or inspected and leaves the pick up store we do not accept returns (on physical goods). Our policy states no refunds will be issued.  

Is Customer Service on Whats App?
